About ITSM Enablement: The IT Service Management Enablement team is responsible for the strategy and effectiveness of the platform and related process excellence and adherence. The goal of this team is to make it easy for teams to do the right things and deliver outcomes for service management and partner objectives. We leverage both in-house developed and vendor system capabilities and strong organizational partnerships to achieve shared goals.
About SEM: The Sr. Engineering Manager (SEM) is responsible for a managing a team of full stack engineers responsible for ITSM and AI/Gen AI capabilities. This role is accountable for laying out the future architectural vision for the ITSM capabilities aligned to a modernized technology solution with consideration to effective and efficient user experiences. You will be called upon to be the technical representative for your team during cross-team collaborative efforts and planning. Success in this role will require strong and innovative approaches to problem solving, great technical leadership, excellent communication (written and verbal, formal and informal), flexibility, accountability and a self-motivated working style with attention to detail.
