Support global CAD and PLM users by troubleshooting issues, ensuring compliance with updated product data standards, communicating data management improvement opportunities, identifying and supporting enhancement of core PLM functionalities, including Windchill change management and Part Centric Design.
Perform changes to Windchill data objects to create new revisions, establish associations, resolve system driven business rules, and align legacy product data to the latest standards.
Perform product data validation tasks to ensure the completeness and accuracy of product information in Windchill.
Support the creation and maintenance of product structures, hierarchies, and relationships within Windchill.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, working closely with IT and other stakeholders to ensure data integrity.
Provide informal guidance and support to team members and end-users as the subject matter expert on Windchill functionality related to product data management.
Stay up to date with Windchill system updates and enhancements, provide recommendations for process improvements, and perform User Acceptance Testing on new features and capabilities.
Qualifications
4-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Proficiency in a range of processes or procedures through job-related training, working knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management software and its modules, including product data management, BOM management, and change management.
Strong experience with PTC Windchill PLM system and PTC Creo, familiarity with Dassault SolidWorks is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve product data-related issues.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute within a team environment
Strong communication skills to effectively exchange information, uses tact and diplomacy when dealing with others.
