Sr. Dubbing Coordinator

About the Role

Peloton’s Content Department is a highly collaborative, fast-moving team that delivers a broad offering of innovative, highly-engaging subscription content 365 days a year.

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Dubbing Coordinator to join our high-functioning Global Localisation team. You will be instrumental in overseeing and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of dubbing projects, leveraging AI-powered technologies to deliver localised audiovisual content scalably and cost-effectively. The ideal candidate blends strong linguistic expertise, robust project management skills, and a deep understanding of AI's role in the future of dubbing.

Your Daily Impact

  • Lead Project Execution & Delivery: Oversee the complete dubbing lifecycle, from planning to the timely delivery of high-quality localised content. You will manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks effectively, liaise with global partners, and ensure right-first-time execution.
  • Optimize Workflows & Technology: Implement and refine dubbing workflows, utilizing industry best practices and technology. You will actively stay ahead of the latest advancements, recommending new tools and approaches, and optimizing resource utilization to drive continuous process improvement.
  • Manage Talent & Assets: Recruit, onboard, and manage our external network of dubbing talent (voice actors, directors, audio engineers). You will also be responsible for creating, maintaining, and expanding essential language assets like glossaries and style guides, contributing to cross-functional localisation best practices.
  • Drive AI Integration & Quality: Organize the evaluation of output from Voice AI technologies, providing critical feedback directly to our Engineering teams. You will track and report key dubbing metrics (quality, cost, turnaround time), providing data-driven insights to stakeholders for strategic decision-making.
  • Enable Cross-Functional Success: Act as the primary liaison between the Localisation team and internal partners (e.g., Programming, Production, Engineering) to ensure seamless project alignment and execution.

You Bring To Peloton

Core Experience & Skills

  • Proven project management experience within the dubbing, localisation, or media production industries.
  • Fluency in writing, reading and understanding in English and German language. 
  • Expertise with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira) and dubbing-specific tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including the proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong vendor management skills and a proven track record of maintaining language assets.
