1. 带领团队100%完成销售指标，保证健康正增长，指导销售代表制定工作计划，协同销售代表拜访客户，对其工作进行辅导，并指导销售代表完成销售指标，利用并合理分配区域资源；
2. 制定销售策略，领导和梳理区域经销商和库存。

4. 与市场团队合作，加快产品上市、升级和转换。推动创新产品进入医院，增加市场覆盖率和渗透力。
5. 领导并负责目标区域的招标工作，确保领先地位和市场份额。
6. 招聘、培训、辅导、发展、保留团队成员，不断提高人员敬业度，按公司要求定期完成对团队成员的业绩考核，做好人才风险评估，按公司要求控制人员主动流失率。
7. 确保所有行动都符合并遵循国家和公司的政策和标准，同时保持专业标准和业绩。

教育背景和工作经验要求EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION
1. 本科及以上学历，医学相关专业优先；
2. 至少10年的医疗行业工作经验；
3. 必须具备医院销售经验和经销商管理经验；
4. 性格开朗、反应敏捷、沟通能力强；
5. 具备一定的市场分析及判断能力；
6. 具有优秀的客户服务意识；
7. 责任心，能承受较大的工作压力，适应频繁出差。
