The Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner is a critical strategic leader who partners directly with the SVP, Enterprise Operations/Client and Customer Experience and their leadership team. This highly visible role is accountable for shaping and executing a forward-looking talent strategy that fuels business growth, fosters a diverse and inclusive culture, and drives organizational performance. Reporting to the Human Resources Officer for Technology & Operations, you will be a trusted advisor and enterprise leader who thrives on solving complex challenges, enabling transformation, and building future-ready talent capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a thought partner and trusted advisor to the SVP, Enterprise Operations/Client and Customer Experience and leadership team, translating business priorities into actionable people strategies.

  • Talent Strategy & Development: Design and implement a multi-year talent strategy that strengthens leadership capability, ensures the right skills and capabilities for the future, builds a diverse talent pipeline, and accelerates succession readiness.

  • Change Leadership: Lead organizational design efforts and change management initiatives to enable business growth and operational excellence.

  • Enterprise Collaboration: Partner closely with HR Centers of Expertise (Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, etc.) to co-create solutions that align with business needs. Where gaps exist, champion innovative and tailored programs.

  • Recruitment & Retention: Collaborate with leadership, Talent Acquisition and compensation to craft a compelling recruitment strategy that attracts and retains top talent.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage people analytics to identify workforce trends, proactively address risks, and inform executive decision-making.

  • Team Leadership: Inspire, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners, empowering them to deliver measurable outcomes and become trusted partners to their business leaders.

Required Qualifications

  • HR Expertise: 10+ years of progressive HR experience with proven success as a senior HRBP or similar strategic HR leadership role.

  • Executive Influence: Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and challenge senior executives with courage and credibility.

  • Transformation Leadership: Experience leading large-scale organizational change and building future-focused talent strategies.

  • Organizational Design & Effectiveness: Deep expertise in OD, workforce planning, and driving enterprise-wide initiatives.

  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business drivers and ability to align talent strategies with operational goals.

  • Enterprise Mindset: Skilled at balancing local business needs with enterprise priorities; sees the big picture and acts accordingly.

  • Leadership Presence: Exceptional communicator with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

  • Analytical Strength: Adept at using data to diagnose challenges, uncover insights, and drive strategic action.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, advanced degree a plus.

  • Experience operating in a highly dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
