About Marvell

Marvell’s semiconductor solutions are the essential building blocks of the data infrastructure that connects our world. Across enterprise, cloud and AI, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities.

At Marvell, you can affect the arc of individual lives, lift the trajectory of entire industries, and fuel the transformative potential of tomorrow. For those looking to make their mark on purposeful and enduring innovation, above and beyond fleeting trends, Marvell is a place to thrive, learn, and lead.

Your Team, Your Impact

Marvell's semiconductor solutions power the data centers, 5G networks, cloud platforms, and automotive systems the world depends on — and the people building that technology depend on Global Workplace Solutions to create the environments where they can do their best work.

Global Workplace Solutions spans real estate strategy, design and delivery, EHS and sustainability, travel and expense, and governance. Global Workplace Operations is the vertical within GWS that keeps every Marvell site running every single day — managing building infrastructure, technical lab environments, vendor operations, and the facilities services that shape how employees experience Marvell worldwide. Without this team, none of it functions.

For a facilities leader who wants their work to matter at the center of a high-growth semiconductor company, this is a rare opportunity.
