Position Summary
This isn't your typical creative director role — and we're not looking for a typical candidate. We're looking for a rare kind of leader: someone who has built and inspired creative teams, championed brand integrity at every touchpoint, and is now ready to step beyond the creative function and own the channels that bring a brand to life at scale. This is a newly created position with genuine scope to define what it looks like and grow with it. You'll have the autonomy to build, shape, and lead — with the support of a marketing team that's ambitious and collaborative.
As Sr. Director of Creative & Content, you'll be the driving force behind how our brand looks, sounds, and connects — from setting the creative vision and brand standards to leading our social channels, influencer strategy, PR, and content production. You'll work closely with the broader marketing leadership team, with a seat at the table where business strategy meets brand storytelling.
You're as excited about the business as you are about the brand. You understand that great creative isn't just beautiful — it performs. And you're ready to be accountable for both. Golf retail is having its moment. This is a chance to build a brand in a category with energy, culture, and serious commercial momentum.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Brand & Creative Leadership:
Own the brand: brand standards, creative guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity — ensuring consistency and integrity across every channel and customer touchpoint.
Lead a creative team capable of translating brand strategy into personalized, segment-specific content that resonates at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
Champion brand adherence across the organization, acting as the ultimate guardian of how we show up in the world.
Social, Influencer & PR:
Lead and evolve our social media strategy and execution across all platforms — driving community, engagement, and brand love.
Build and own our influencer strategy, identifying the right partners, managing relationships, and measuring real impact.
Oversee PR strategy and execution, ensuring our brand narrative is told consistently and compellingly in the media landscape in traditional media and the digital world of partnerships and golf content creators.
Content Production & Partnerships:
Lead content shoots end-to-end — from concept and creative direction through to production and delivery.
Identify, develop, and manage content partnerships that extend our brand reach and add genuine value.
Build scalable content systems that allow the team to produce high-quality, personalized content efficiently across customer segments and channels.
Travel as needed to oversee shoots, attend partnerships, and represent the brand at key events.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
A proven creative leader with significant experience leading creative and content teams — you have the track record to back up your vision.
Deep expertise in brand: building brand standards, protecting brand integrity, and translating strategy into compelling creative at scale.
Demonstrated ability to develop personalized, lifecycle-driven content strategies that speak to different customer segments across multiple channels.
Hands-on experience owning social channels and building influencer programs that go beyond vanity metrics.
Strong PR instincts — you understand how to shape a brand narrative and work with media effectively.
Experience leading content shoots and managing creative production from brief to final asset.
A leader who is as interested in the business as they are in the brand — commercially curious, data-informed, and outcome-oriented.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; you can sell a creative vision to the boardroom and inspire a junior designer in the same afternoon.
Willingness and ability to travel as part of the role.
A passion for or knowledge of golf is a genuine plus. We operate in a sport that is experiencing a cultural renaissance — new audiences, new formats, new conversations. A candidate who understands the game, the community, and the culture will hit the ground running. That said, what matters most is your ability to learn a business deeply and build a brand around it.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time as the job is completed primarily at a desk each day. Variable desk heights are offered so alternatively sitting and/or standing at the desk is optional.
