15+ years in corporate social responsibility, ESG, public affairs, or community engagement.
Proven track record of leading large-scale purpose initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Deep understanding of social impact strategy, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with experience influencing senior leaders and external partners.
Passion for community building, equity, and sustainability.
