The Senior Director of Americas Professional Services (PS) and Customer Onboarding is a high-impact executive role responsible for the delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and regional profitability of all paid service and training offerings within the Americas (US, Canada, LATAM and Brazil).
Reporting to the Global VP of Professional Services and Customer Onboarding, you will translate global strategy into regional execution, transforming customer implementations into a strategic revenue engine. You will ensure our AECO clients—ranging from boutique architecture firms to global construction enterprises—rapidly achieve maximum value from our platform, directly driving regional retention and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Americas P&L Management: Own the regional PS P&L, including revenue targets and gross margin objectives.
Utilization & Efficiency: Monitor and optimize regional operational metrics including Employee Utilization Rates, Project Margin, and Revenue per Consultant.
Forecasting: Deliver accurate regional resource capacity plans and revenue forecasts to ensure quarterly and annual financial objectives are exceeded.
Execution Leadership: Oversee the successful implementation of all Americas-based projects, ensuring they stay on-time, on-budget, and high-quality.
TTV Optimization: Streamline the regional project lifecycle to accelerate Time-to-Value for new customers and cross-sell expansions.
Governance: Enforce standardized delivery methodologies (PMP, Agile) within the Americas team to ensure repeatable customer outcomes.
Partner Strategy and Management: Manage and govern the regional Partner Implementation Ecosystem. Act as the primary escalation point for Americas-based certified partners. Ensure the regional partner network has the capacity and certification standards to meet market demand.
SOW Scoping: Partner with Americas Sales (AEs and SEs) to accurately scope and price Professional Services during the pre-sales cycle.
Pricing & Packaging: Adapt global commercial strategies to the Americas market, creating high-value consulting. Adjust pricing based on demand and market conditions.
Customer Onboarding & Enablement: Own the vision, strategy and execution of a world class customer onboarding and training organization that accelerates time to value and maximizes customer outcomes.
Organizational Scaling: Design, staff, and mentor a high-performing Americas PS organization, including Implementation Consultants, Solution Architects, and Project Managers.
Executive Sponsorship: Serve as the "Executive Sponsor" for Tier-1 Americas accounts, managing high-level expectations and resolving critical escalations.
Customer Success Alignment: Coordinate with Americas CS leadership to ensure a "white-glove" handoff from implementation to long-term health.
Product Feedback Loop: Provide data-driven regional insights to Product/Engineering teams to improve onboarding automation and product quality.
