What will you do?
As a Senior Customer Service Representative (CSR) Applied Parts, you will lead the team in receiving and processing highly complex customer orders, inquiries, and complaints related to technical products and services. You will proactively maintain relationships with key customers and sales staff, ensuring exceptional service across multiple product markets.
How will you do it?
Order Leadership: Oversee the accurate receipt and processing of customer orders, ensuring compliance with company standards and timely fulfillment.
Relationship Management: Develop and sustain ongoing relationships with key customers, providing knowledgeable support and addressing inquiries effectively.
Technical Support: Assist customers with technical questions or issues regarding products and services, leveraging your expertise to provide solutions.
Collaboration: Interact closely with sales and supply chain teams to resolve order-related issues and streamline processes.
What are we looking for?
A University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (1 year minimum experience for university graduates, or 6 years for those with a 2 year degree).
Significant experience in customer service, particularly with technical products or services.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Strong leadership qualities and a customer-oriented approach with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to utilize technology to enhance customer service delivery.
