Job Summary

We are looking for a Creative Producer to join our creative team. We are looking for someone who understands how to bring ideas to life across video, motion, and integrated campaigns. You will own projects from concept through delivery, working alongside our editors, designers, and creative leadership to ensure work stays on strategy and on schedule. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative thinker and operational driver, someone who can elevate the work while keeping all the pieces moving.

Responsible for the creative production of online or interactive products or features vision performance and production processes. Creates concepts for Digital Media activities and video classified projects. May interact with third-party technology. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

What You Will Do
Own creative projects end to end, serving as the connective tissue between concept, production, and final delivery
Partner with video editors and motion designers to shape work and maintain creative quality throughout production
Collaborate with designers to keep integrated campaigns moving and aligned across all touchpoints
Work with stakeholders, directors, and vendors to translate creative vision into executable plans
Manage production timelines, budgets, and deliverables with a focus on quality and efficiency
Contribute to storytelling and narrative development for video and campaign work
Support the Associate Creative Director and broader creative team on productions as needed

What You Bring
5+ years of experience in creative production, branded content, or advertising
Strong understanding of video production workflows, post-production, and delivery
Experience managing production budgets, vendor relationships, and talent coordination
Creative sensibility with an eye for storytelling, tone, and visual quality
Ability to balance creative ambition with production realities
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
A portfolio that demonstrates creative judgment and production expertise

Nice to Have
Background in branded entertainment, commercial, or documentary production
Experience with integrated campaigns across video, digital, and social
Comfort with scriptwriting and treatment development
Familiarity with ad tech, media technology, or B2B marketing environments

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Manages the production of online content from product conception through completion, including product updates and revisions.
  • Identifies, develops, creates, manages and maintains content on digital media products.
  • Contributes to strategic planning and product builds; maintains quality control of both for content features.
  • Gathers user experience-related business requirements from a variety of internal and third party sources to help translate requirements into actionable design tasks.
  • Partners with Product Management, Business Unit leadership, editors and freelancers to manage strategy and maintain all editorially controlled, relevant content areas.

  • May oversee content programming, promotion and the translating of business goals into optimal customer experience.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Compensation

Primary Location Pay Range: $99,438.84 - $149,158.25

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
