JOB DESCRIPTION -
The Senior CPFR Supply Planning Consultant plays a strategic role in leading and advancing collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment initiatives with key internal and external stakeholders. This position is critical to driving working capital efficiency, ensuring alignment between demand signals, replenishment strategies, and inventory investment across the network.
The role involves leveraging data and analytics to influence demand and supply decisions, establish and evolve CPFR best practices, and proactively identify risks and opportunities across the supply chain. The Senior CPFR Supply Planning Consultant serves as a trusted partner to suppliers and internal teams, managing relationships, facilitating joint planning discussions, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, the ability to work autonomously, and the confidence to lead cross‑functional discussions and drive change, ensuring consistent alignment and measurable improvements in supply chain efficiency and business performance.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES-
• Lead and evolve collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment (CPFR) processes with key suppliers and customers, ensuring alignment with service, inventory, and working capital objectives.
• Own and facilitate strategic planning discussions with trading partners, including regular reviews of inbound fill rate, planned purchase forecasts, and forward‑looking supply strategies.
• Serve as a primary liaison and thought partner to internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to enable effective collaboration, data transparency, and joint problem‑solving.
• Analyze and interpret CPFR‑related KPIs, including inbound fill rate, forecast accuracy, assortment changes, and item substitution, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop, prepare, and present executive‑ready CPFR dashboards, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities, with a strong emphasis on inventory optimization and working capital impact.
• Leverage advanced analytics and reporting tools to support data‑driven decision‑making and influence planning and replenishment strategies.
• Identify, recommend, and implement best practices to continuously improve CPFR effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability across the network.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives and projects to enhance forecasting methodologies, planning tools, and systems, ensuring sustainable improvements in performance.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, assessing applicability and recommending innovative solutions to strengthen CPFR capabilities.
• Perform additional duties as required to support broader supply chain and business objectives.
