The Position

Job Summary

Responsible for the end-to-end execution of corporate events, CSR programs, and providing operational support for VIP visits. This role also performs complex administrative duties to ensure the professional and efficient operation of the GM Office. This role aims to enhance corporate social impact through meticulous execution, innovative project management and high-quality program delivery.

what should you do

General Management Office (GMO) Operation Support   

  • Responsible for the daily operation support of the GMO. Assist in coordinating executive business travel arrangements; manage document filing and classification for the GMO to ensure all administrative processes strictly comply with Roche policies.

  • Act as a functional liaison to coordinate the preparation and implementation of cross-departmental business projects and management meetings, ensuring smooth and efficient daily business communication.

Event Planning & Delivery

  • Assist in the planning and execution of various internal and external corporate events, including but not limited to CIIE, Annual Meetings, etc.)

  • Responsible for the end-to-end logistics and on-site operations of events, including vendor management, material preparation, and on-site flow control, ensuring all events are delivered with high standards and reinforce corporate values.

CSR Program & Employee Engagement

  • Assist in the implementation of the annual CSR strategy and the Employee Engagement Programs. Enhance employee engagement and sense of belonging by organizing various wellbeing initiatives and festive celebrations.

  • Responsible for the daily operations of CSR initiatives and employee activities. Focus on driving employee volunteerism, increasing internal awareness of Roche's social contributions, and ensuring the high-quality delivery of engagement programs.

Operational Support for Visits

  • Manage the end-to-end logistics for VIP visits, including itinerary scheduling, on-site reception, and coordination with branch / regional offices.

COE Maintenance & Operation Support

  • Manage daily visitor reception and visit flow at the COE. Coordinate booking information to ensure a seamless process and maintain a high standard of visitors experience and brand image.

  • Provide daily maintenance support for COE facilities. Coordinate with respective departments/teams to ensure showroom equipment functions properly and all showcase materials remain accurate and up to date.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Responsible for executing and strictly tracking individual expenditures and reporting data variances, understanding the supporting role of the budget for tactical tasks.

Other Duties & Compliance

  • Other Tasks: Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.

  • Compliance & Conduct: Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or Event Management are preferred.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in an MNC or similar professional setting.

  • Excellence in execution and strong attention to detail. Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and cross-cultural awareness, with the ability to facilitate efficient cross-functional coordination.

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken). Candidates with overseas study experience or a cross-cultural professional background are preferred.
