We are seeking a Sales Operations Lead to join the Merge team. This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing sales effectiveness by managing sales tools and processes, driving data-informed decision-making, and supporting strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sales operations, data analysis, and process improvement, and will collaborate closely with sales leadership to support Merge’s continued growth and impact.

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain and enhance data accuracy within Salesforce.com, ensuring correct opportunity management and pipeline integrity.  

  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs, surface insights, and support strategic decision-making.  

  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, uncover inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements that drive productivity.  

  • Support the sales team in forecasting, leveraging historical data and market trends to inform accurate and realistic projections.  

  • Implement procedures to ensure ongoing data quality and compliance within Salesforce and other sales platforms.  

  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and product teams to align sales strategies and ensure consistency across revenue-generating functions.  

  • Facilitate and lead cadence calls 

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly presentations 

 
Qualifications Required: 

  • Home office that allows you to work efficiently and without disruption  

  • Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role, with deep understanding of sales processes.  

  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and ability to build and maintain reporting tools.  

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly.  

  • Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, data modeling, etc.) and comfort working with large data sets.  

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively across teams and with senior leadership.  

  • Strong project management capabilities with a track record of driving initiatives to completion 

Compensation


The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. This range may also be subject to change as market conditions evolve. We encourage open communication throughout the interview process to discuss compensation expectations. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.

Min – Max :

$114,723.05 - $172,084.57 (USD)
