What you’ll be doing

Imagine a role where you are responsible for building banking experiences for a digital bank!  As part of the Simplii Digital team within the Direct Financial Services Capital Markets Division, you will work alongside Simplii’s Digital technology delivery team to build enhancements and deliver a best-in-class digital customer experience for the Simplii online and mobile banking platforms. As a Sr. Consultant of Digital Analytics reporting into Director of Digital Analytics, you will play a pivotal role within the team accountable for managing and implementing Adobe and Google Analytics frameworks for digital strategy initiatives and digital marketing campaigns. You will be leading and driving forward all technical integrations/implementations (including but not limited to AEP, CPP, CDP, Target) as it relates to Client Experience/Digital Strategy. You will also lead efforts to stay abreast of Digital Analytics best practices and proactively drive the implementation of these best practices, in collaboration with various cross functional teams.

How you’ll succeed

  • Strategic development and thinking approach - Drive, manage, and execute Digital Analytics initiatives by leveraging existing integrations and providing recommendations and best practices for new integrations, while using data insights to develop and refine digital marketing and business strategies.

  • Insights and Reporting - Create detailed and actionable reports for senior leadership, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvements; oversee and manage the implementation and use of digital analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Launch); and collaboratively work with cross-functional teams across Simplii's sales, strategy, and technology to ensure timely and end-to-end enablement of Marketing and Technology initiatives across a wide array of enterprise platforms (.COM, Online Banking, Mobile Banking, etc.).

  • Tool management and optimization - Oversee and manage the implementation and use of digital analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Launch), while continuously monitoring digital performance and making recommendations for optimization and improvement.

  • Stakeholder collaboration and relationship building - Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, IT, sales, product, etc., to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization, while forging strong relationships with business and internal partners and stakeholders to ensure a smooth rollout of various Digital Analytics initiatives.

  • Big picture - Analyze and translate raw data from a variety of sources into performance metrics and extrapolate insights and learnings to enhance the client experience. Create and manage KPI reporting and dashboards.

Who you are

  • Possess 5-7 years of experience in digital analytics or a similar role, with at least 3 years focused on the mobile space; hold a degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or an analysis-driven discipline; and demonstrate digital savviness by seeking out innovative solutions, embracing evolving technologies, and easily adapting to new tools and trends.

  • Demonstrate experience in managing and formalizing appropriate KPIs and a measurement strategy for implementation and ongoing reporting; possess knowledge in tag management and JavaScript coding and debugging; and have experience designing Digital Analytics solutions for Single Page Application frameworks as well as Mobile Apps.

  • Experience in automated tagging and validation techniques - with exposure to tools such as ObservePoint; develop a standardized reporting approach using templates, Adobe Analytics, and other platforms based on standardized metrics and implementation; and analyze marketing channel performance with expertise in evaluating channel mix and attribution models.

  • Possess experience in Google Tag Manager or Adobe Launch - Google Analytics, DMP integrations, personalization integrations, Adobe or Google SDKs, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Marketing Platform, and Google Analytics integrations for multiple technology platforms such as AEM-based websites, SPA frameworks, and native and hybrid mobile apps; and manage end-to-end marketing pixels implementation and delivery processes, including pixel request intake assessment, pixel audit and change management, new paid and social media vendor assessments, vendor and agency relationship management, and familiarity with ITP 2.0 and GDPR.
