The Sr Consultant of Program Readiness ensures smooth transitions during security-related changes, such as new policies, technologies, and processes. This role is vital in managing the people side of change, ensuring that security initiatives are adopted successfully, and contributing to improved organizational effectiveness. The Sr Consultant is also responsible for developing and maintaining essential documentation, including training guides, operating procedures, and response protocols, to facilitate seamless implementation and adoption.
Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions for security-related changes.
Develop and implement strategies to minimize resistance and promote engagement during changes.
Create, update, and maintain documentation such as training guides, operating procedures, and response protocols.
Facilitate training sessions and communication efforts to help teams adopt new security policies and technologies.
Monitor the success of change initiatives and adjust strategies based on feedback and performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address barriers to change adoption.
Measure the effectiveness of training materials and documentation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
About You:
Expertise in change management principles and frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-step).
Experience in creating and maintaining training materials and documentation.
Strong communication and leadership skills for cross-functional teams.

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs.
