Are you passionate about driving new customer growth through the deployment of high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns?

As the Senior Commercial Demand Generation Manager (Americas) at Klaviyo, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of new customer acquisition campaigns for Klaviyo’s commercial segment across the Americas. This role sits at the center of Klaviyo’s commercial demand engine and serves as the drumbeat of the business, ensuring consistent, measurable campaign execution aligned to acquisition and pipeline goals.

You will work closely with Brand, Campaigns, Sales, and Agency partners to identify what campaigns, assets, and motions are required to acquire new SMB merchants across the Americas, then own the end-to-end implementation across channels — including sales-supported and partner-referred acquisition programs.

This is a highly visible role for a strategic, hands-on marketer who deeply understands acquisition funnels, pipeline mechanics, and how to translate campaign execution into sustained new customer growth for Klaviyo.

How you'll make a difference:

  • Own the planning, execution, and optimization of SMB new customer acquisition campaigns for Klaviyo across the Americas and across channels.
  • Act as the campaign execution lead and operational drumbeat, ensuring acquisition programs are consistently launched, optimized, and aligned to new customer growth priorities
  • Partner closely with Brand, Campaigns, Sales, and Agency teams to define the campaigns, assets, and channel mix required to acquire new Entrepreneur and SMB merchants across the Americas
  • Translate new customer and pipeline goals into clear acquisition-focused campaign strategies and execution plans
  • Manage end-to-end campaign implementation across channels, including lifecycle, outbound, sales-supported, and partner-referred acquisition motions
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time, high-quality execution
  • Own acquisition pipeline performance with a close focus on MQLs, SQLs, and Partner Referred Leads across the Americas
  • Monitor and manage pipeline health, conversion, and velocity to ensure campaigns are driving qualified new customer demand
  • Analyze campaign performance across the funnel, identify optimization opportunities, and apply insights to improve acquisition efficiency and pipeline contribution
  • Maintain clear visibility into campaign impact and acquisition performance, reporting insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Serve as a connective force across Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to ensure tight alignment around Americas-focused acquisition goals
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign management, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition
  • Proven experience driving SMB acquisition through integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across large or multi-region markets
  • Strong understanding of acquisition funnels and pipeline metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, and partner-referred demand
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Brand, Campaigns, Sales, and external agency partners
  • A strategic thinker with a strong bias toward hands-on execution
  • Highly collaborative and effective in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • Data-driven and outcomes-focused, using performance insights to optimize acquisition efficiency and pipeline impact
  • Accountable and goal-oriented, with strong ownership of results and execution quality
  • Excellent communicator who can align stakeholders, ask the right questions, and drive clarity across teams
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple campaigns, partners, and timelines simultaneously
