Who You Are:
HighLevel is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Manager to own and evolve the end-to-end architecture of our internal business systems. This is a highly senior, strategic role with broad visibility and influence across the company.
This role is explicitly focused on internal operational systems, not product infrastructure or customer-facing software. You will be responsible for ensuring that the platforms used by Support, Customer Success, Sales / Trial Experience, Partners / Affiliates, HR, Finance, Accounting, and RevOps work together as a cohesive, scalable ecosystem.
In addition to architectural ownership, this role will serve as the primary decision-maker for new system requests—evaluating whether we should implement a tool at all, what the true level of effort is, and what the total cost of ownership (TCO) looks like relative to our existing systems and processes.
