Team: ENGAGE (ENablement Growth and Global Excellence)/Training Operations
The EMEA Learning Operations & Governance Manager is a senior leader who builds and runs a scalable, predictable, data-driven operating model across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Serving as the region’s operational backbone and strategic integrator, they partner with Sales, Professional Services, Learning & Enablement (L&E), and Global ENGAGE to translate strategy into measurable, aligned execution. With executive presence, they drive operational rigour and stakeholder accountability, and leverage automation and AI to reduce friction, boost efficiency, and enable sustainable revenue growth.
You will play a central role in shaping how EMEA training and enablement operations scale at Databricks. This is a high-visibility role with meaningful impact, offering the opportunity to design a predictive, AI-enabled operating model for one of the company’s fastest-growing regions.
