Job Description:

Plan, manage, and lead the delivery of system requirements in alignment with standards and frameworks.  Provide technical leadership and work in close partnership with various partners and stakeholders to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Act as a subject matter expert for TD Insurance digital and servicing applications, with working knowledge of MyInsurance and its integration points with Guidewire systems (including Policy Center and Billing Center) to support policy servicing and billing experiences end‑to‑end.
  • Provide functional and operational support for MyInsurance customer journeys (e.g., policy management, documents, billing views), partnering with business and technology teams to ensure changes meet user needs and are production‑ready.
  • Understand and explain how customer and colleague workflows traverse Policy Center / Billing Center / MyInsurance, including impacts and dependencies across systems during incidents or platform events.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional Agile teams (Product, Engineering, QE, Ops) to refine requirements, define acceptance criteria, and support delivery of enhancements and fixes to TD Insurance platforms.
  • Work within the TD Scaled Agility (TDSA) operating model to plan, prioritize, and execute work in a continuous, customer‑centric way, participating in core ceremonies and ensuring alignment to delivery controls and routines.
  • Support delivery execution by contributing to story/feature readiness and ensuring requirements reflect system components, interfaces, data flows, and business rules for the applications in scope.
  • Assist in billing experience support and enablement, including helping stakeholders understand how billing details are accessed and navigated in MyInsurance (e.g., “My Billing”, billing summary/details).
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve digital enablement and colleague effectiveness, including supporting operational change, communications, and “how‑to” guidance tied to platform capabilities (e.g., registration indicators, workflow improvements).
  • Provide insights and reporting to leadership on platform usage, trends, and adoption; maintain/interpret dashboards to support business planning and prioritization
  • Participate in knowledge transfer within the team and across business units; contribute to cross‑functional working groups as needed to drive shared understanding of platforms and processes.
  • Support production stability by triaging issues, coordinating impact assessment, and communicating cross‑system implications where MyInsurance and Guidewire applications are impacted.
  • Apply TD delivery and governance expectations in day‑to‑day execution, supporting consistent data quality and reporting practices in Agile tooling and routines.
