Job Title: Sr Assistant, Inside Sales\

Years of experience: 3-6 Years

On a typical day you will:

• Answering customer inquiries from different sources
• Compiling a daily list of sales leads, Delegating leads to sales department.  Providing sales data and guides to the sales department
• Recording all sales details in an application
• Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders.
• Reviewing orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction
• Mailbox management and clearing all email within 24 hrs
• Generate Renewal letters from the system and submit the same to customers 2 months in advance
• Negotiate and convince customers for renewal with a hike in price
• Create revised proposals and send it to customer
• Work with service team to rectify service-related issues and follow up until resolution
• Regular follow up with customers for renewal acceptance and payments
• Updating KYC details in system
• Uploading PO’s and acceptance documents in the system
• Submit invoices to customers and follow up for payment
• Ensure to receive the payment from customer and work with finance team to clear the transaction

What you will need to be successful:

• A bachelor’s or associate degree is must
• 3+ years of experience in inside sales or customer support (Voice)
• Experience in administration, high volume office work is advantageous
• Candidates should have call experience
• Strong analytical, organizational & time management skills
• Excellent teamwork, motivational, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, Kanada, Tamil, Telugu & Bengali languages
