Sr. Associate, Strategic Market Access

Responsible for devising and implementing the strategies to achieve optimal market access (reimbursement, commercialization, evidence-based value, patient affordability, etc.) for the organization's products, prioritizing collaboration with stakeholders, including external health care decision-makers (payers, providers, and policymakers), as well as internal cross-functional business partners. Designing, developing, and implementing an integrated approach to all aspects of the value proposition from early development and throughout the product lifecycle -Driving evidence-based differentiation in order to optimize the communication to inform and successfully execute reimbursement, pricing, commercialization, and patient affordability objectives. Within countries: Through collaboration and leverage of Global Market Access teams and resources, engage with reimbursement authorities, HTA bodies, providers, and other health-care decision makers to ensure the optimal communication and execution of evidence based resources, as well as drive and support reimbursement in the local markets -Collaborate with Global Market Access teams to localize studies to ensure that the results will favorably impact pricing, reimbursement and market access as well as market uptake
