Sr. Associate III, Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust and scalable automation test frameworks using Python, C#, FlaUi and Ranorex.
  • Architect test strategies and solutions aligned with healthcare domain requirements and compliance standards.
  • Drive the implementation of API test automation and integration within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation goals and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Integrate and champion Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices using frameworks like SpecFlow or Behave.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level automation engineers, conducting code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools, technologies, and practices to improve test efficiency and coverage.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and regulatory compliance in test automation.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in automation testing and test framework development.
  • Expertise in Python and C# for automation, with a strong focus on scalable and maintainable code.
  • In-depth knowledge of FlaUi, Ranorex, API testing, and BDD frameworks (SpecFlow, Behave, etc.).
  • Extensive experience in CI/CD pipeline integration and source control using tools like Azure DevOps and Git.
  • Proven leadership in defining test automation strategies and leading automation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive cross-team collaboration and influence automation direction across the organization.
