Job Summary:
Northeastern University seeks a campus registrar professional to provide comprehensive on-ground support for all registrar functions at NU-NYC. This position will serve all NU-NYC students, Scholars program participants, and support broader campus and college collaboration efforts during a critical transition period. Working closely with existing NU-NYC personnel, this role will address the unique and nuanced student record and service needs essential for successful transition, teach-out, and post-merger support.
The position serves as the primary registrar liaison for the global network campuses in the southeast region of the US, including NY, VA, NC, and FL, coordinating registrar operations with EM, OGS, GEO, PO, and other stakeholders for custom and priority programs such as NUIn, Scholars, and PBA. In close partnership with the university registrar, this role manages comprehensive academic scheduling functions, including schedule creation, classroom assignment, space optimization, and enrollment reporting for each semester and term.

$113,865.00 - $165,105.00With the pay range(s) shown above, the starting salary will depend on several factors, which may include your education, experience, location, knowledge and expertise, and skills as well as a pay comparison to similarly-situated employees already in the role.
