What Our Expectations are

This role is to support Pratt & Whitney Canada’s Aftermarket. P&WC supports over 13 000 operators in the world with more than 40 000 active spare parts.  The Inventory & Planning team at Pratt & Whitney Component Solutions manages the warehousing and distribution of both new and repaired spare parts. We are looking for someone to support our inventory and planning activities.

Function Description

You will work directly with the Pratt & Whitney Component Solutions Inventory and Planning Team to meet the group’s objectives. This will require a strong ability to understand the requirements, escalate when appropriate, and execute promptly. Ownership until resolution is a key requirement.

What You Will Do:

  • Create Return Authorization in RMA Report
  • Update and Maintain Material Resource Planning (MRP) values in SAP
  • Daily open P-req reporting
  • Generation of purchase orders to support PWCS demand and customer orders
  • Open order fulfillment - E-Stock tracking and removal
  • Monitor and action PO release report
  • Generate key reports/data sets to support day to day activities
  • Extract and analyze data as required using different tools (SAP, Power BI)
  • Improve processes

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • A University Degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics or Engineering related fields or 2- 5 years of equivalent work experience in related fields
  • Excellent MS Office (Excel) skills
  • SAP and Power BI knowledge an asset
  • Clear and effective communicator with strong communication skills
  • Team player with a passion for excellence
