Job Description Summary

The Infrastructure & Corporate Citizenship (ICC) organization, comprised of Global Real Estate, Facilities Operations, Construction, and Corporate Giving, is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Analyst to join its Strategy & Operations team. 
 

Reporting to the Manager, Strategy & Operations, this position will play a leading role in driving strategy and operational effectiveness across the ICC group.  The Sr. Analyst will collaborate with ICC leaders and cross‑functional partners to deliver data-driven insights, support strategy development, and advance strategic initiatives to improve long-term portfolio outcomes.
 

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of strategies that advance ICC priorities, including footprint optimization, long-term portfolio planning, and improvements to the employee experience.
  • Structure complex problems, develop business cases, and support cross-functional strategic initiatives by managing workstreams and driving progress toward defined objectives.
  • Gather and synthesize inputs from multiple data sources and cross-functional teams, translating analysis into clear strategic narratives and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to evaluate strategic options, measure business impact, and inform leadership decisions.
  • Support long-term portfolio strategy in coordination with Global Real Estate, including evaluating project and deal impacts relative to portfolio plans.
  • Develop clear, data-driven materials and recommendations for leadership forums, including the monthly Infrastructure Governance Board.
  • Partner with teams across ICC to define goals, develop metrics, and track progress against strategic priorities.
  • Serve as a thought partner and liaison to Corporate Strategy and other enterprise functions as needed

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, strategic planning, business operations, finance, program management, or related fields

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear business insights and recommendations

  • Ability to translate analysis and diverse inputs into clear, compelling strategic narratives that inform leadership decision-making

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience tailoring messages to different audiences

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build trusted working relationships

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and align work with broader business strategy and priorities
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior exposure to management consulting, corporate strategy, or operational excellence environments

  • Experience supporting strategy formulation and execution in a complex, matrixed organization

  • Strong business and financial acumen with interest in infrastructure, real estate, or facilities operations

  • Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau)

  • Experience leveraging internal research, enterprise data, or external benchmarks to inform strategy
