The Global Marketing Analytics and Campaigns team serves as the independent data team, providing an unbiased and analytically rigorous view of Marketing Performance. We prioritize Self-service and enablement, ensuring Marketers have the tools and knowledge to answer their business questions. We provide a single source of truth for data and standards to fuel insights with accuracy, quality, and speed used to evaluate the performance of marketing activities and programs. We're accountable for developing and executing a central CMO-aligned measurement strategy and analytics practice. We have responsibility for the development of enterprise marketing data metrics and key self-service dashboards. Finally, we serve as the central, global team for governance, standards, and enablement for marketing activities and campaign data, metrics, and self-serve dashboards.

The development of custom reporting frameworks to incorporate new data inputs, including new products and calculated metrics
We're seeking a talented Data Analytics Senior Analyst to contribute to our efforts in transforming complex Marketing data into clear and actionable insights. A successful candidate will be passionate about best-in-class measurement, possess strong technical analytical skills, understand the critical value of enablement, and demonstrate the ability to draw out and distill key requirements from stakeholders while actively listening to all parties.
Primary Responsibilities:
Clearly understand our datasets, business goals, define key metrics (KPIs) and dimensions, that serve as an input into insights and reporting for marketing.
Actively contribute to development of custom reporting frameworks to incorporate new data inputs, including new products and calculated metrics
Actively contribute to the development of Marketing’s measurement strategy and roadmap, identifying the correct key, leading, and diagnostic metrics for profitable growth
Serve as subject matter expert for our data products and resources (dbt, Snowflake, Tableau, Salesforce), identifying opportunities to streamline analytical workflows
Define and improve standards for version control, data testing, and continuous integration, as well as other best practices for high-performing analytics teams
Build on and document our data sources, models, metrics, and dashboards in a way that increases our team’s long-term efficiency and output
Enable and train marketing teams to become confident consumers of dashboards and other components of our data product
Other responsibilities:
Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, insights, and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making
Proactively support ad-hoc requests to provide partners with intelligent insight to the health of the business.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Highly proficient SQL skills: proficient in writing complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data
Advanced data exploration and analysis skills
Familiarity with marketing practices, marketing KPIs, marketing analytics
Highly proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
Passion for data, and analysis; comfortable working with large datasets
Strong problem-solving skills
Highly proficient in Tableau desktop or similar data visualization tool (ability to perform complex calculations, parameters, LOD expressions, etc)
Ability to derive actionable insights from data and effectively guide decision-making, communicating in a comprehensible way across various levels of our organization
Experienced with data storytelling using tools such as Google Slides or PowerPoint; excellent written and oral communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong time management and project prioritization skills, operating in an unstructured environment
Comfortable taking the initiative to develop solutions for unstructured problems and communicate the results to key internal customers
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Data Build Tool (dbt) experience a strong plus
Expertise building workflows for turning large datasets into high-confidence insights
Desire to learn and keep up with analytics industry best practice
Salesforce experience and product knowledge a plus
Experience with Python and Tableau a plus
Marketing and/or Sales Strategy Analytics experience a plus
Enterprise (B2B) marketing experience a plus
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in an analytical role
BS/BA degree in marketing, economics, sales, business analytics, business or equivalent related experience
