The Market Intelligence Senior Analyst will play a critical role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This individual will provide insights into market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to help shape business strategies. The ideal candidate has developed professional expertise through years of experience and is proficient in applying company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. They will often work independently with minimal guidance, using subject matter expertise to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend solutions to complex problems that drive strategic impact.

Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
Gather, synthesize, and interpret qualitative and quantitative market data to inform decision-making.
Use judgment to evaluate multiple factors when analyzing market data and identifying actionable insights.
Competitive Intelligence:
Monitor competitor activities, market positioning, and business strategies.
Maintain up-to-date competitive intelligence reports and dashboards.
Leverage subject matter expertise to assess competitive risks and recommend strategic responses.
Strategic Support:
Provide data-driven insights to support product development, market entry strategies, and business growth initiatives.
Recommend ways to optimize processes and methodologies based on analytical findings and industry best practices.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and finance, to align market intelligence efforts with business goals.
Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings to senior leadership.
Exercise independent judgment to prioritize insights that are most relevant to decision-making processes.
Tools & Technology:
Utilize market research databases, CRM systems, and analytical tools to enhance market intelligence capabilities.
Identify and recommend new tools and methodologies for improved data analysis.
Evaluate the effectiveness of current tools and suggest improvements to streamline research and reporting processes.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in market intelligence, business analysis, competitive research, or strategic planning, with the ability to resolve a variety of challenges using established policies and procedures.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data, apply subject matter expertise, and provide actionable insights to improve business strategies.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with market research tools, business intelligence software, and data visualization platforms.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze situations using a variety of factors, recommend data-driven improvements, and enhance current research methodologies.
