Job Description:

Job Profile/Key Responsibilities 

  • Participate in Daily Production Activities

Perform core operational tasks alongside team members, ensuring personal output meets defined productivity and quality standards

  • Liaise with Onshore Partners

Serve as a key point of contact for onshore stakeholders; ensure timely and accurate exchange of information, updates, and feedback

  • Train and Mentor Team Members

Support onboarding and skill development of peers through structured training, knowledge sharing, and hands-on guidance

  • Communicate Team Updates

Share process changes, performance metrics, and other relevant updates with the team to maintain alignment and transparency

  • Coordinate SOP Updates with Knowledge Management Team

Collaborate with the Knowledge Management team to review, revise, and maintain accurate standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Drive Operational Excellence

Identify areas for improvement, contribute to process enhancements, and uphold team efficiency and accuracy standards

Competencies Required

  • 5-7 years of experience into Insurance and strong understanding of U.S. life insurance and annuity products, including policy types, contract structures, and regulatory requirements
  • Applies knowledge of underwriting, claims, premium processing, and policy servicing to ensure accurate and compliant execution of tasks
  • Interprets complex policy documents and communicates effectively with stakeholders regarding product features, exceptions, and procedural nuances
  • Stays updated on industry trends, compliance changes, and client-specific guidelines to support team accuracy and service quality
  • Well-versed in the complete Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Thrives in fast-paced, production-driven environments with consistent focus and attention to detail
  • Demonstrates adaptability and resilience in dynamic work settings and shifting priorities
  • Capable of handling routine, standardized transactions with precision and consistency
