Broadridge is hiring! We’re seeking a Client Policy Senior Analyst - Compensation, you will be part of a specialized research team focused on a key area of corporate governance: executive pay. In this role, you will serve as an internal subject-matter expert for colleagues and an external resource for clients and company representatives. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in market compensation practices, governance standards, and how these factors influence investor perspectives on executive pay programs.
Responsibilities:
Review SEC filings and proxy statements from publicly traded companies, with a focus on executive compensation programs and share-based compensation plans to maintain data integrity.
Review the accuracy in which client voting policies are applied and prepare client summaries explaining results of their voting policies on specific proposals.
As the subject-matter expert, participate in the development or refinement of clients’ policies and methodologies, and provide both anecdotal insights and data-driven analysis on practices relating to executive compensation.
Communicate with clients and company representatives to explain compensation policies, methodologies, and analytical outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate and promote thought leadership.
Utilize analytical tools, models, and technology platforms to conduct detailed quantitative and qualitative assessments.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in executive compensation or corporate governance.
Strong knowledge of executive compensation practices and related corporate disclosures.
Demonstrated familiarity with North American executive compensation issues and governance norms
Solid reading comprehension, analytical capabilities and familiarity with compensation-related modeling.
Ability to distill and communicate complex compensation concepts clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to create, communicate and promote thought leadership.
Comfortable working with analytical tools and compensation-related data models.
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $85,000 - $100,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
