This role begins as remote (work-from-home) and will transition to a hybrid schedule with regular in-office time at our new Florence, Kentucky office - soon to become our central hub for collaboration and growth- while maintain flexibility.

Essential Responsibilities:  

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for our telecommunications division: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers 
  • Leverage data-driven insights and recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies, track performance, and ensure timely fulfillment of priority roles while meeting key hiring KPI’s 
  • Use innovative sourcing strategies and data-driven tools, including LinkedIn and Indeed, to identify and engage top talent across diverse markets 
  • Accountable for developing and sustaining a robust talent pipeline for key positions, ensuring alignment with business and operational objectives 
  • Partner with business leaders to design strategic recruitment plans aligned with long-term goals 
  • Champion internal mobility and career development opportunities for team members 
  • Craft engaging and inclusive job postings optimized for visibility on leading platforms 
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships based on trust and transparency with hiring managers, HR team, and other key business stakeholders throughout the organization 

Qualifications: 

  • The preferred candidate will bring a blend of full cycle corporate recruiting expertise and high-volume agency experience, with at least 3+ years of managing end-to-end recruitment processes in dynamic, fast-paced environments. 
  • Proven expertise in sourcing strategies, including advanced search techniques and talent mapping 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels 
  • Knowledge of HR principles, compensation structures, and talent management 
  • Resilience, critical thinking, and organizational excellence in a fast-paced setting
