Job Description

Are you ready to lead transformative data and technology initiatives that drive strategic impact? As Sr Advisor, Data & Technology Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in advancing how we leverage data and technology to enhance engagement, optimize operations, and deliver actionable insights. You’ll collaborate across teams to solve complex challenges, optimize CRM platforms, and champion change that accelerates adoption of innovative tools and processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Data Integration & Innovation: Drive the integration of new data sources and emerging technologies to create unified, actionable datasets that inform strategic decisions and personalized experiences.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Build strong partnerships with technology and business units to ensure data architecture, CRM systems, and analytics platforms deliver operational efficiency and exceptional stakeholder experiences.
  • Shape Strategic Roadmaps: Engage with stakeholders to identify value drivers and priorities, influencing the roadmap for future data and technology capabilities.
  • Champion Data Governance: Serve as a lead data steward, ensuring integrity, consistency, and compliance across all data initiatives.
  • Optimize CRM Platforms: Oversee CRM enhancements and transitions, preserving relational and experiential data while improving usability and performance.
  • Enable Change & Adoption: Design and execute change management strategies that accelerate adoption of advanced tools, streamlined processes, and enhanced data capabilities.
  • Coach & Mentor: Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to elevate organizational understanding of relational and experiential data.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Support initiatives that strengthen data integrity, improve workflows, and enhance end-user experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (8+ years in data strategy, CRM, or technology leadership roles).
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
    • Intermediate to advanced SQL coding skills.
    • Deep experience with CRM systems (Blackbaud, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Strategic Skills:
    • Proven ability to lead CRM conversions and data source integrations.
    • Strong capability to provide strategic insights and coach others.
  • Communication & Leadership:
    • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
    • Clear, concise communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Ability to travel up to 10%, including some nights and weekends.
