Let's start with the role

The Sportsbook Integrity Analyst is responsible for monitoring, managing, analyzing betting patterns, as well as executing Sportsbook Customer profiling based on betting activity. The role of the Sportsbook Integrity Analyst is to protect the integrity of betting by identifying unusual or potentially suspicious activity.

Αs a Sportsbook Integrity Analyst you will:

Monitor pre-event and in-play betting activity in real-time.
Analyse customers betting patterns.
Execute Sportsbook Customer profiling based on betting activity.
Approve over-the-limit wager requests from customers.
Report and communicate Sportsbook abnormalities and potentially suspicious events.
Handle ad-hoc analytical requests, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making within the team.
Assist senior analysts and managers by preparing reports, conducting in-depth research, and supporting strategic initiatives.
Report and communicate relevant issues in daily shifts summaries/meetings.
Participate in the training process for new team members.
Assist the Customer Service team and other departments with all SBI-related disputes.
Achieve KPI’s as set out by the department leader.

What you will bring:

Experience in betting/sportsbook activities.
Good knowledge of trading principles in a sportsbook environment.
Strong interest in and broad knowledge of various sports.
A degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, or similar).
Proven analytical and mathematical skills.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to cross-check data effectively.
Self-driven, organized, and reliable personality.
Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and make quick decisions.
PC literacy and proficiency in relevant tools and software.
Willingness to work flexible shifts aligned with the sports calendar.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
