Specification Sales Divisional Manager (Hybrid work)
The position could be in Colombia or Costa Rica
Main Objectives:
- Increase sales of the company's differentiated systems (specifiable).
- Ensure the execution of milestones related to specification sales within the strategic plan, category plans, and segment plans.
- Standardize processes and methodologies for all aspects of technical service provided to the company through specification and the design center.
- Ensure complete coordination and visibility of specification support initiatives with local operations, creating a comprehensive action plan from strategy to execution.
- Properly guide design center support, positioning its services as a clear value generator for internal and external clients, implementing best practices, Service Agreements, and clear indicators.
- Support the creation of value propositions for clients, identifying gaps, trends, and opportunities for success.
- Report monthly on specification sales revenue and profitability, analyses, and next steps. Possess fully developed team management and coaching skills.
- Ability to operate in complex matrix interactions at all levels of the organization.
Specific Job Skills
• Fully developed strategic vision.
• Experience in management to develop regional sales tactics and standardize work processes and methodologies.
• Ability to clearly teach and communicate strategic intent and priorities to guide the execution of direct reports.
Minimum Required Experience and Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Master Business Degree
- 8 years of Business experience in a Multi-national organization
- Technical sales experience (Preferably)
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Strong project based commercial background & B2B.
- Fully Bilingual
Preferred Required Experience and Knowledge
- Civil, Hydraulic, Agriculture know how
- Regional Management experience at a senior level
