What you’ll do

• Sell new deposit & treasury management products & services.  Manage and coordinate all new activity alongside the Relationship Manager.  Facilitate conversations directly with the new customers.  Address and answer all concerns.  Help build solid solutions and provide insight into additional services that will enhance the customer experience. 
• Coordinate all activity in Salesforce.  Generate progress reports and contribute to an accurate pipeline all maintained in Salesforce.
• Manage existing TM relationships.  Seek additional cross sale opportunities.  Work closely with Relationship Managers to deliver outstanding customer service.  Deliver loan servicing and work in tandem with loan closing specialists. Handle ACH and Wire activities including LOC draws and payments.
• Support Relationship Managers by managing toll free number, frontline fielding calls, preparing reports.  Manage email inquiries and coordinate a proper response by proposing solutions.  
• Coordinate ACH and Wire reporting.  Work within FIS to manage activity and provide reports to management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-10 years Treasury Management and or Customer Relationship skills
• Preferred Banking experience
• Associates Degree or higher/ equivalent experience
• Exercises judgement within defined procedures and practices
• Advanced computer skills

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $59,000-$77,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
