Title and Summary
Specialist, Talent Acquisition - 12 month FTC
The Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Specialist, Talent Acquisition to support our APEMEA organisation across Europe. You will be responsible for managing the end to end hiring process for our candidates, in different geographies, sourcing great talent for our teams and proactively delivering a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers alike.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the candidate and hiring manager experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, loves engaging and sourcing new talent, and possesses an organised mindset (with the ability to navigate complex matrix environments).
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, it will be your job to work as part of the Talent Acquisition team to deliver world class talent to the Europe region. This includes role management, candidate market analysis, creation of talent pipelines through headhunting, creation of LinkedIn project folders, interviewing, candidate management, database/CRM maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance.
Role
In this role you will:
• Serve as the point of contact for internal and external candidates, initial hires, business groups and divisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor strategies to attract the best talent in the external market
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create job ads for current openings
• Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
• Conduct initial screening of identified passive external candidates
• Manage pipeline talent in CRM for future roles
• Be responsible for upholding designated TA processes and systems
• Monitor sourcing effectiveness both direct and agency through key performance indicators to identify improvements to sourcing strategies (direct source hires, time-to-fill, cost per hire, diversity, candidate pipeline quality, and applicant tracking system functionality, data integrity)
• Manage agency delivery/ KPI’s and track our agencies on time, cost and quality of work.

• Has experience of end to end ownership of full 360 Recruitment for agreed roles
• Demonstrates tenacity (Use to working to TA SLA’s on Time to Hire, Quality etc.)
