Job Summary

This is a high-impact, enablement-focused role suited for a digitally fluent professional with a proactive, systems-thinking mindset and a strong ability to translate business priorities into marketing capabilities that drive growth, efficiency, and client engagement. The role involves optimising marketing workflows, implementing scalable enablement programs, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to enhance executional excellence and commercial impact through understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
This role also plays a pivotal part in equipping sales and specialist teams with the tools, processes, insights, and capabilities required to deliver impactful, business-aligned campaigns and initiatives.

Job Description

  • Conduct and facilitate strategic and market analytics to drive out customer insights on a micro segment level; targeted segment specific strategies.

  • Plan, manage and monitor the implementation of business enablement activities and processes in order to deliver on approved operational plans in an effective and efficient manner.

  • Provide specialist advice and support in the implementation/development of campaigns, operational planning and associated service delivery processes, methods and techniques.

  • Investigate and embark on a continuous market scanning to identify and stay abreast of market trends and activities to inform opportunities for new or enhanced products and services.

  • Develop relationships with business stakeholders, and ensure that business improvement recommendations are monitored and sustained.

  • Embed a customer-centric approach within strategic initiatives, ensuring that insights and research inform product and service offerings.

  • Utilize customer data to identify trends, preferences, and pain points to enhance overall client satisfaction.

  • Identify and leverage opportunities for sustainable growth through rigorous market analysis and strategic foresight.

  • Co-ordinate all calendar based marketing activity across the business to ensure that campaigns do not create customer confusion.

  • Drive campaign proposition marketing executions.

  • Drive operational excellence through the design and implementation of scalable, insight-led enablement programs.

  • Drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies that enhance research capabilities and data analysis.

  • Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making, optimize performance, and demonstrate marketing ROI.

  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure delivery.

Education

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Marketing (Required)
