We are looking for someone who ensures accurate and timely digital settlement reconciliations for the US, Canada, and APAC regions, resolving discrepancies across multiple payment channels and collaborating with stakeholders while meeting SLAs and internal policies.
Role Responsibilities
Ensure accurate, valid, and timely reconciliation of digital settlement control accounts across multiple regions.
Perform reconciliation activities in settlement sub‑ledgers for credit card, debit card, wallet, and direct deposit/bank funds in.
Investigate operational and settlement discrepancies, performing research and root cause analysis.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation for settlement transactions in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure proper follow‑up on pending items.
Escalate operational and accounting issues to management when necessary and track them through resolution.
Ensure all processes meet Service Level Agreements and support audit and financial reporting requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending solutions.
Role Requirements
2–3 years of experience in settlement or accounting operations.
Solid experience in at least one of the following: general accounting, accounts receivable, cash reconciliation, settlement reconciliation.
High sense of urgency, strong analytical capabilities, proactivity, teamwork, and effective communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and proven time‑management skills.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Strong settlement knowledge is a plus.
Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal) required.
