Key Responsibilities: Product Expertise and Support: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned products, providing deep knowledge and insights to internal and external stakeholders. Address complex product-related inquiries and issues, collaborating with technical teams as needed. Develop comprehensive documentation, FAQs, and training materials to enable teams to effectively support and sell the product. Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to product management to enhance product features and usability. Monitor KPIs to track product success and identify potential challenges early. Collaboration with Product Teams: Work closely with product managers and developers to translate customer needs into actionable requirements. Participate in product roadmap planning, offering data-backed insights and customer perspectives. Support quality assurance (QA) efforts by validating features and ensuring alignment with specifications. Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure consistent messaging and understanding of the product. Engage with customers and end-users to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction. Conduct product demos, training sessions, and workshops for internal teams or clients as required. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to the product. Provide insights to inform product differentiation and positioning strategies. Conduct benchmarking analyses to assess the product’s strengths and areas for enhancement. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve product adoption, usability, and customer satisfaction. Identify and implement process improvements within the product development lifecycle. Promote best practices for product analysis and stakeholder collaboration. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Experience: 4-6 years of experience in product analysis, product management, or a similar role. Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and delivering product-related insights. Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly. Knowledge of product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies is a plus. Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and explain complex products. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Product Management or Business Analysis (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, PMI-PBA). Experience working with SaaS products or in technology-driven industries. Familiarity with customer journey mapping and user experience (UX) best practices.
