We are seeking a talented individual to join our Metrics Reporting and Analytics team at Mercer. This role will be based in Gurgaon / Mumbai / Pune / Noida. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. This role requires a proactive individual who can bring innovative viewpoints to the table and work effectively under demanding scenarios.
We will count on you to:
Provide solutions to reporting requirements and translate data into insights
Capture all process related updates and exceptions. Share report on timely basis
Conduct In-depth analysis of large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
Utilize Statistical techniques and data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Design, develop, automate reports and dashboards to provide timely and actionable insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective data solutions
Contribute to the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures
Implement data quality standards and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Good skills in creating attractive dashboards using Excel, Power Point, etc.
SPOC for any process related updates and queries
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Science, Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience.
Proficiency in Qlik dashboard creation and data visualization techniques
Knowledge of Health / Wealth / Career domain is preferred
Good Interpretation and decision-making skills
Strong command on MS office applications (Word, PowerPoint)
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (must)
VBA, Python, JavaScript / Office Script knowledge will be an added advantage
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Advanced Logical, Data Analytical & Data Mining skills
Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills, attention to details
