Your Mission

As Specialist, Media Strategy, you will assist in building full-funnel paid media campaigns across our game portfolio. This role will be responsible for developing media strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across key campaign beats from announcement to launch, to live service support of varying games.

The ideal candidate combines cultural awareness, analytical yet out-of -the-box thinking, understands how gaming audiences behave across platforms, and can translate business objectives into high-impact media frameworks.

Priorities include, but are not limited to:

  • Working with the team to develop holistic, full-funnel paid media strategies aligned to brand and performance objectives.
  • Helping define channel mix, audience approach, budget allocation, and flighting strategy across major campaign beats.
  • Working with media agency and vendors to create plan with first-to-market and effective tactics
  • Partnering with brand marketing to align media strategy to messaging, positioning, and creative pillars.
  • Building strategic frameworks for tentpole moments including reveals, launch, seasonal updates, and promotions.
  • Collaborating with regional, agency and internal activation teams to create strong cross-channel plans that work holistically
  • Leveraging our data, competitive intelligence, and industry trends to inform planning recommendations.
  • Partnering with analytics teams to define measurement plans and success KPIs by funnel stage.

You will operate as a connector between in-house and external partners ensuring plans are holistic and use all the data and insights at your disposal.

Player Profile

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in paid media strategy, media planning, or performance marketing.
  • Experience developing multi-channel media strategies across platforms such as Linear, OOH, CTV.  Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Google, Twitch, programmatic, and emerging channels.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and attribution models.
  • Experience managing budgets in the $2MM+ range preferred.
  • Experience working on entertainment, gaming, or culturally driven brands preferred.
  • Proficiency in AI, Microsoft and Google Suites, and media forecasting models.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear strategic narratives.
  • Analytical mindset balanced with creative thinking and inquisitive mindset

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $55,800.00 - $103,230.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
