We are excited to offer the position of IT Support Specialist in APAC to an entrepreneurial member of our growing APAC team. Your team

As you might expect from a sports brand with running at its core, the APAC team at On is a fast-paced place to be. You’ll be part of the APAC Tech team and co-working with a group of highly motivated individuals. 

Your mission

  • Provide 1st & 2nd level technical support across On APAC offices and retail stores, seamlessly administering cloud-based systems, software, and hardware configurations
  • Own end-to-end P1/P2 incident management, driving the escalation process, providing real-time stakeholder updates, and delivering actionable post-incident reports
  • Support IT infrastructure, AV, and network solutions for new office and retail stores, while supporting expanding cross-functional technology integrations
  • Manage the complete IT asset lifecycle (purchasing, setup, distribution) and collaborate with Finance to validate vendor invoices, track pending requests, and ensure IT expenses align with approved budgets
  • Oversee third-party service providers (e.g., network, music) by actively monitoring SLAs, evaluating monthly performance trends, and driving continuous service improvements
  • Execute and enforce IT policies, system administration procedures, security measures, and business continuity plans in alignment with business requirements

Your story:

  • Good Chinese and English skills are a must
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on technology or relevant field
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in technical support or customer-facing technical; experience in Retail IT support is preferred
  • Proficiency with Apple products and troubleshooting ability
  • Solid network administration and troubleshooting experience
  • Passionate to learn and adopt new technologies
  • Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment
  • Dedication to service and quality and you are a team player
