Job Purpose
 
You will plan and manage incoming material supply to ensure production has the right materials, on time and in full. You will work closely with procurement, quality, warehouse and production teams across the site. We value clear communicators who solve problems practically and work well with others. Key Responsibilities 
 
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: 
- Manage inbound material flows and schedules to meet the site supply plan and production needs. 
- Create and maintain accurate purchase order and goods receipt records in the ERP system. 
- Monitor inventory levels and trigger replenishment actions to prevent shortages. 
- Investigate and resolve material exceptions, quality holds, and supplier delivery issues. 
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to improve delivery performance and reduce risk. 
- Support audit readiness and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Basic Qualification 

 
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business or related field, or equivalent experience. 
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in materials management, inbound logistics or planning in a manufacturing environment. 
  • Practical experience using SAP or equivalent ERP systems for ordering, receipts, and inventory. 
  • Good understanding of inventory control, lead times, and basic MRP principles. 
  • Strong communication skills in French; knowledge of English. 
  • This role is on-site in Belgium with occasional hybrid flexibility depending on site needs. 

 
Preferred Qualification 
 
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: 

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments. 
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and quality management systems. 
  • Experience with supplier performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Familiarity with vendor managed inventory, consignment stock or similar models. 
  • Strong Excel skills and basic data analysis for reporting and root cause work. 
  • Supply chain certification such as APICS, CPIM, or equivalent.
