PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for User Support of associates across the enterprise (North America and Non-North America) via Support Mailboxes and Case

This role will initially provide user support and participate in testing, test script development and verification of configurations tied to Workday's time and attendance module (Time Tracking, Time Off and Absence).
Management Tools. Identifies requirements, resolves issues, provides user direction on system functionality and escalates more complex
issues in compliance with defined SLAs.
Supports COE project work and configuration changes/enhancements in Workday. myHR Portal, Kronos and other HR technologies.
Acts as the Workday security administrator by adding/changing/deleting and reviewing user access; adds new fields, troubleshoots access
and population issues, makes corrections and updates security profiles in accordance to SOX issue process; adds/changes/deletes and
reviews user access that may feed other systems.
Review Benefits, Payroll, and HCM interfaces and load programs. Work with Manager of HR Technology to set up successful transmission
of files. Escalate any issue or errors to the Integration SMEs
Creates custom reports per business requirements such as termination, turnover headcount, talent, recruiting, finance, payroll, HRMS legal
reports, and ad-hoc.
Responsible for the user testing of outstanding SOX issues for HRMS system.
Responsible for system upgrades and process adjustments based on client feedback and requirements. Collaborates with HR Business
Partners and Managers in the business to create efficient HR processes.
Operates as the liaison between internal and external auditors for SOX compliance issues.

Sets up monthly processes within Workday process scheduler and monitors nightly completion; troubleshoots when problems occur with
processes.
Troubleshoots error reports received from third party systems; liaises with HR and third-party vendors to correct all Benefits, Payroll, and
HCM interface errors.
Performs related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires some training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations
generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor’s Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of
experience and education; normally requires a minimum of 3-5 years directly related and progressively responsible experience.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Good analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply applications knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
Prior Workday experience required.
Demonstrate knowledge of project management process
Good interpersonal skills; effective team player
Strong decision-making skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail Kronos and/or SharePoint experience a plus. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint) Multi-language skills a plus.
