Specialist, HSE

 Main Responsibilities: (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ) 

• Communicate and co-ordinate with all concerned departments for tracking all open issues and keep update the status to HSE manager. 

• Handle all routine jobs such as safety daily operational control, Personnel Protective Equipment management and Purchase Requisition. 

• HSE daily audit/monitor on the employee, control contractors and suppliers ensure all rules & procedure are fully complied with and reporting the issue to supervisor. 

• Co-ordinate to prepare document, update all regulatory, prepare relevant to Law, Adient requirement, AMS and certificate of ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001 & other EHS management system. 

• HSE&E Training and developing program for current employees and new employees, short term and long-term contractors, suppliers to enhance awareness, knowledge and to achieve with the annual target and zero injury. 

• Take care of all waste management processes including hazardous waste approval process, reuse, recycle, environmental monitoring, preventing and summary waste generation and submit into Cority system (S@FER, Resources Advisor-RA, CI-Trac) 

• Organize & support the owner area to practice emergency drill, including inspection fire protection facility. 

• Responsible for employee work related and no work-related health concerned, including nurse control, annual health checkup activity, illness record and evaluate health program 

• Promoting and driving all HSE activities communication and evaluating the effectiveness. 

• Focal point for accident and incident (Recordable, First aid, Near miss), nonconformance investigation report then report HSE Manager.  

• Special assignment by next levels in Safety Department or Plant Level.

• Safety and Environment shop floor management requirements. 

• Feedback read across requirements. 

• Energy sustainability monthly requirements. 

• HSE Expectation: (ความคาดหวังด้านความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม) 

• Leading and engage in Safety and Environment activities, such as: Safety week, 5S, HSE training, wear proper PPE, lead as a role model 

• Follow the safety rules, WI, Procedure, and other related standards. 

• To report near miss/unsafe action / safety suggestion to line management.   

• Qualifications (Education, Skills, and Experiences) 

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety and Health Occupational or related field in Safety functional. 

• Minimum 5 years experienced related in HSE function and implement ISO14001, ISO 45001, ISO50001 management system 

• Have the Safety and Environment experience with customer requirements such as TOYOTA, Honda, Mitsubishi HSE requirements etc. 

• Good command in spoken and written English 

• Good computer skills in programming Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AI) 

• Good attitude and teamwork
