Job Description

The General Accountant specialist for Swiss Hub Trading Entities is responsible for maintaining the financial integrity and soundness of pricing requests and trade finance activities across two trading entities selling in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, (EEMEA) and Central Asia. Managed from Lucerne, Switzerland, the role ensures accurate, complete and consistent pricing master data and compliant trade finance execution while supporting the recording and reporting of related transactions for the entities. The specialist serves as a key liaison between internal teams and external banking partners to enable timely, risk-aware and regulation-compliant transaction processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted business partner to Export Market Finance, Customer Service, Compliance, Treasury and external banks, ensuring effective coordination on pricing and trade finance.

  • Pricing governance: building and maintaining pricing templates, managing intercompany transfer pricing requests and resolving Order‑to‑Cash questions with speed and accuracy.

  • Trade finance execution: reviewing letters of credit, guarantees and documentary collections; ensuring every instrument meets policy and regulatory standards.

  • Risk management: monitoring exposure, operational risks to support sales performance and customer collections.

  • Reporting and compliance: maintaining audit‑ready documentation and supporting close activities.

  • Market awareness: staying current on trade regulations and sanctions across EEMEA.

Qualifications and Experience:
