Planning, design, and implementation, as well as maintenance, repair, and management of access control systems, video surveillance systems, intrusion detection systems, electronic and mechanical locking systems, and perimeter security at the IPW
Planning, design, and implementation of access control systems, video surveillance systems, intrusion detection systems, and electronic and mechanical locking systems across all locations
Troubleshooting and reviewing technical alerts from external systems in the emergency call and service control center
Overseeing and coordinating the inspection of security equipment
Customer support in the area of event management (media technology)
Procurement, operation, and maintenance of emergency radio and alerting technology
Comprehensive order processing for the assigned area of responsibility (quotation preparation, project management, documentation, invoicing)
Participation in emergency management and event security
Participation in facility security as needed
Completed vocational training with a focus on electrical engineering / communications engineering
In-depth knowledge of access control systems, electronic control systems, IT hardware, and network technology
Completed facility security training or a willingness to pursue further training in the field of security (e.g., Certified Security Officer)
Ability to work independently and a strong sense of responsibility
Openness, friendliness, and courtesy when interacting with colleagues and customers
Class B driver’s license
You have strong communication skills, excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office, SAP GUI), as well as excellent German and good English skills
