About the role:
Reporting to the Manager, Operating Excellence, the Specialist, Change ERP Modernization is responsible for the execution of organization change management (OCM) activities for the ERP Implementation Program. This role will lead OCM efforts for the Materials, Warehousing and Inventory functions – including delivering operational readiness, change impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, training, and communication strategies.
To be successful, we are looking for someone with highly effective communication and interpersonal skills who can effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders. This position requires an organized self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
