Responsible for managing and handling hotline service for general business related requests from Front units. Provides support to RM and ARM for order entry systems transactions and toolbox applications as well as trainings for new Front joiners in regard to relevant applications and processes.Processing and responding to verbal and written inquiries from front office staff on the Business Support Hotline in German, English and Italian
