The Senior Analyst, Business Analysis and Insights, plays a critical role in delivering accurate data-driven analysis to support strategic business decisions. This position involves evaluating financial data, key performance indicators, and trends while collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure consistent and reliable insights. The role requires expertise in analytical tools and methodologies to identify opportunities, address risks, and enhance business processes. The analyst provides guidance on best practices, supports reporting needs, and contributes to continuous improvement efforts aligned with company values and operational goals.
About the team:
The team drives operational excellence by delivering timely issue resolution through efficient ticket management and supplier coordination. It balances reactive support with ongoing process improvements, managing orders and resolving concerns within set timelines. Collaboration and clear communication are key to minimizing delays and enhancing results. Leveraging strong analytical skills and product knowledge, the team provides actionable insights aligned with business objectives. Focused on maintaining high service standards, members contribute to improved efficiency and customer satisfaction while supporting continuous enhancements in business processes and outcomes.
What you'll do:
  • Analyze and validate data accuracy by comparing internal information with external sources, budgets, and actual results.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, plans, and tools to support business analysis and special projects.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reports to support strategic decision-making and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to align analytical approaches and ensure consistent reporting standards.
  • Identify root causes and recommend solutions to improve business processes and compliance.
  • Support training and documentation efforts to enhance understanding of analytical tools and workflows.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in business intelligence and requirements documentation.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven expertise in data modeling and business intelligence to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong skills in business requirements documentation and analytical evaluation of financial and operational data.
  • Certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to analyze trends, identify risks, and provide actionable insights aligned with business strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver consistent, accurate reporting.
  • Demonstrated capability to develop and improve business processes ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex data clearly and support business objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
